This paper puts forward constructing a collaborative distance learning system under the network by the technology of Multi-Agent and CSCW. This system can provide a collaborative virtual teaching environment for teachers and students in different sites. The architecture, designing idea, Agent architectures and communicative mechanism of Multi-Agents in this system are described in detail.
