摘要
为证明干燥保存角膜组织是否存在活性,作者利用体外培养同时用胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入放免测定的方法,对干燥保存10d和20d的兔眼角膜与新鲜角膜进行了对比实验;结果干燥保存角膜与新鲜角膜无显著性差异(P>0.05);而且保存10 d与保存20 d之间亦无显著性差异.
The viabilities of rabbit corneas preserved by desiccation for 10 and 20 d were compared with that of fresh rabbit corneas by radioimmunoassay with the mixing of 3H-TdR. No significant difoence was found between the preserved and fresh corneas, and also between the corneas preserved for 10 and 20 d (P>0.05).
