Experimental study on the luminal secretion of motilin in rabbits

作者用放射免疫测定检测了13只雄兔胃液及十二指肠液胃动素含量,并与同步测定的右心室血浆的胃动素含量作比较.结果表明,消化液中有较高的胃动素含量,十二指肠液.血浆与胃液的胃动素浓度比为4:2:1,3组间两两比较相差显著(P<0.05～0.01).实验说明,消化液中胃动素含量与消化道局部的Mo细胞分布密度有关,Mo细胞除有内分泌途径外,还有腔内分泌或外分泌途径.

To study further the distribution of motilin and its ways of secretion, the concentrations of motilin in gastric and duodenal juices of 13 male rabbits, compared with that in plasma of the right ventricle, were measured by using RIA. Our study showed that duodenal juice contains higher amounts of motilin than plasma and gastric juice (P<0.05~0.01) and the ratio of motilin contents in duodenal juice, plasma, and gastric juice is 4 :2 : 1. We conclude that the content of motilin in digestive juice varies with the number of Mo cells located in the local gastrointestinal tract, and suggest that Mo cells may have a way of luminal secretion besides endocrine one.
