A Point-to-Point Image Transmission Scheme Based on GPRS

摘要 GPRS作为2.5代移动通信系统,它的主要目的是向用户提供增强型多媒体服务。这些服务包括:视频、高质量的音频及数据服务。提出了一个基于GPRS网络的图像传输方案。通过一个实时E-mail系统获取点与点的动态的IP地址来实现图像数据的传输。 As a 2.5 Generation Mobile Communication System, one of the primary aims of GPRS is to provide its users enhanced multimedia services, including video, audio and data services and the integration of them. Based on GPRS, this paper presents a point- to- point image transmission scheme. In the scheme, the dynamic IPs of the two points is firstly gotten using a real-time E-mail system, and then, image communication is realized using UDP.
