摘要
城市有机垃圾厌氧消化处理相对其它处理方法而言是一种具有广阔应用前景的垃圾资源化方法,它能充分利用其含有的生物质能.本文研究了痕量金属Fe、Co、Ni对产甲烷菌的激活作用.以有机生活垃圾为基质,进行干式中温厌氧消化,对比研究结果表明:在其他条件相同的情况下,投加痕量金属离子比不投加的系统产气量增加了43.4%,生物气的甲烷含量提高了5.1%,COD去除率提高了10.2%.同时,它还有利于缩短停留时间并减小消化反应器的体积.
Anaerobic digestion of municipal organic refuse is a resource utilization method, which has broad application prospect,compared to other treatment methods, and biomass energy of refuse can be fully utilized by this way. The stimulation of trace metals Fe,Co,Ni on the methanogens was studied in this paper. A comparative study was carried out using organic domestic refuse as substrate in a batch dry mesophilic methane fermentation system. The experimental results showed that a supplement of trace metals to the anaerobic system could increase the gas production rate by 43.4% when other conditions were fixed. Similarly, the methane concentration in biogas was increased by 5.1% and the removal ratio of COD was increased by 10.2%. In addition, the supplement of trace metal had the profit by shortening retention time and minishing the volume of digestion reactor.
