摘要
中国房地产TOPl0研究组历经半年时间，于2004年3月25日在人民大会堂举行的2004年中国房地产百强企业峰会上发布了“中国房地产百强企业研究”成果。这是继1994年由国家建设部、国家统计局举办的“首届中国房地产开发企业综合效益百强”10年后首次在全国范围内针对房地产上市和非上市公司的综合性研究。

Group issued 'Top 100 business enterprise in China's
Real Estate Market'in the Great Hall of the People.
State Construction Department,Real Estate Graduate
School of Tsinghua University and SouFun.comjointly
accomplished the said appraisal.TOP 10 Real Estate
enterprises include:China VANKE.Co,Ltd、
Shanghai Lujiazui(Group)Co.,Ltd、Beijng Tian-
Hong Group、Beijing Captial Land Co.,Ltd、
Guangzhou Hengda Group、Hopson Development
Holdings Limited Co、Beijing Urban Construction
Investment & Development Co.,Ltd、Shanghai
Greenland Group、Guangzhou R&F Properties
Group、Citic South China(Group)Co.,Ltd.The result
thereof reveals that 88% of Real Estate enterprises are
located in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.
