摘要
作者采用特异性胃动素(MTL)抗体,通过放射免疫测定法,对20例健康人持续观察了3 h内的6次空腹及餐(面食150g,水100 ml)后血浆MTL水平的动态变化。结果表明,空腹组血浆MTL浓度波动于79.32~219.97 pmol/L(实测范围);餐后组实测水平波动于74.87~220.28 pmol/L。其波动范围较国外报道为小,但相应值高于国外。餐后组3h内先后6次血浆MTL水平均低于空腹组,提示进面食餐对MTL的释放有抑制效应。作者认为,这可能由于面食中的淀粉转化为葡萄糖后,抑制MTL的释放。此与国外报告葡萄糖能抑制MTL的观点相吻合。
The changes of plasma motilin levels in 20 healthy human subjects with empty stomach (N=10)and after meal (wheaten food 150 g, water 100 ml, N=10) were observed 6 times m 3 hours by using RIA with specific motilin antibody. The results showed that the concentrations of plasma motilin in fasting group ranged from 79. 32 to 219. 97 pmol/Li the concentration range in postcibal group was 74. 87~220. 28 pmol/ L, which was smaller than that reported in foreign literature, and yet the corresponding concentrations were high than that in foreign literature. The plasma motilin levels tested 6 times in 3 hours in postcibal group were lower than that in fasting group respectively. This suggests that wheaten food can inhibit the release of motilin. It is probably caused by the glucose decomposed from starch in wheaten food, which has inhibiting effect on the secretion of plasma motilin. This is of the same view to that in foreign literature.
