摘要
我院血液透析(HD)治疗急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)43例,死亡16人,病死率37.2%,存活率62.8%。各种原因的中毒和过敏因素引起的ARF死亡率高达43.7%。多器官功能衰竭是死亡的重要原因。一旦确立了ARF,则应尽快HD是提高救治成活率、减少死亡的关键。
43 patients with Acute Renal Failure (ARF) were treated by hemodialysis. 16 patients died,the mortality was 37.2%, the survival was 62.8%。 The mortality of patients with ARF induced by poisoning and allergying was 43.7%. The multiple organ failure was the one of impotant factor of death. The results suggest that once the ARF was diagnosed, the earlier hemodialysis could inerease survwal and decrease mortality.
