摘要
论述了电厂纯水pH值测量的重要意义 ,并分析了纯水 pH值测量受到的特殊干扰 ,以及温度补偿、pH测量仪校正可能产生的误差 ,给出电极清洗、恢复的方法和在线pH测量仪的检验方法。建议用测量电导率并将电导率换算成 pH值的方法取代玻璃电极法测量给水的 pH值。
The important significance of measuring pH value of pure water in power plants has been expounded, specific interference affecting pH value measurement of pure water being analysed, errors may be produced from temperature compensation and pH meter calibration being discussed, giving method for washing and renovating the electrode, suggesting the checking method for online pH meters. A method of measuring the conductivity and conversing the measured conductivity into pH value has been recommended to replace the glass electrode method for measuring the pH value of feedwater.
