Wireless Watching and Control System of Harrow-material Machine of Fertilizer Factory

以PLC或智能仪表作现场控制器,以工控机配置组态王软件作为上位机,实现数据联网共享。结合耙料机工作的特点,设计了一套基于PLC和无线通讯模块EL705的无线监控系统,给出了控制系统的硬件配置及软件设计,介绍了该套系统在化肥厂耙料机上的应用。

At present, PLC or intellgent instrument is installed in the industrial scene and computer configured with Kingview software used as upper industrial control is fixed in the distant control room, which is the popularity scheme for factory to carry out automatization and da- ta-sharing. According to the harrow-material machine's characteristic, a suit of wireless watching-control system based on PLC and wireless communication module-EL705 is designed, the control system's hardware and software are given, the system's application is introduced in fertilizer's factory harrow-material machine.
