摘要
转炉出钢应采用挡渣出钢工艺。在挡渣方法的选择上,我们根据钢厂具体情况及实践,选用前期挡渣帽加中、后期投放挡渣塞方法进行挡渣;挡渣帽由人工塞入出钢口,挡渣塞则采用地面轨道型挡渣车投放。实践证明,地面轨道型挡渣车准确率高,安全,可靠,易用。挡渣工艺的使用,大大提高了钢厂的经济效益,为洁净钢的生产提供了有利的保证。
<abstract>ee slag pouring technology is applied during tapping process on the convertor. We select such a method based on the actual situation and practical experience in the steel making plant. An anti-slagging cone is put into the tap hole artifically in the prophase of tapping. After that a slag vehicle will move along the guideway and throw a slag bar in the tap hole . Now facts show us that slag vehicle with a railway can be operated easily and safely with high efficiency and high reliability. As for steel making plant, application of anti - slagging technology not only improves economic benefits, but also a good way for us to to get clean liquid steel.
