摘要
总结了马钢实行耐火材料采购供应总代理的成功经验和存在的问题。运用有关管理理论剖析了产生这些问题的 原因,结合实际,提出了改进当前总代理运作模式的意见和建议。
The author summarizes the successful experience and existing problems from the refractory procurement & supply general agent in Ma Steel and anatomies the reasons that brought about the problems by using relevant management theories. Combining with practice, the author put forward some ideas and suggestions to improve the present operating pattern of general agent.
