In what sense do morals and laws, as the two important forms in the social standards, have inevitable connections? It is always the one of the issues in law science. Posner believed that the way out for the laws lies in adherence to the realism rather othan dependence on some moral formulae. When positivism cannot get satisfactory conclusions, laws will obtain the guidance from science.
