我们对政府如何强化环境保护管理机构进行了深层探讨。建立环境与发展综合决策机构是解决环境问题的关键,建议成立国家环境与发展委员会。理论与实践告诉我们:强化环境生态的管理是21世纪我国经济发展的必然选择,建议环境保护部门集中管理环境生态。
The paper discusses howto strenghthen environmental protection management organization, and pornt out that it is the key of solving environmental problems to establish compositive decision - making system of environment and development. strenghthening management of entironment is the certain choice for economy developing of China in 21th century.
