摘要
本文观察了马氏钳蝎蝎毒(BmKv)对离体豚鼠心脏心肌收缩力和心率的影响。BmKv使心肌收缩力增强,心率减慢。心(?)可阻断其正性肌力作用,阿托品可阻断其负性心率作用,酚妥拉明和戊脉安对BmKv的作用没有影响.表明肾上腺素β受体与BmKv的正性肌力作用有关,而胆硷M受体与其负性心率作用有关,BmKv对离体心脏的作用与肾上腺素α受体、Ca^(++)通道无关。
In perfused isolated heart of guinea pigs (Langendorff method),after infusion of the BmKv (Buthus martensi Karsch venom)(50μg/0. 1ml),the myocardial contraction force increased, and the HR decreased. The positive inotropic effects were blocked by propranolol. By adding at-ropine, the bradycardia disappeared. However, phentolamine and verapamil had no influence on the effects of the venom. It is concluded that the main effects of the venom are positive inotropic effects and a short-lasting bradycardia. The increase of myocardial contractility maybe resulted from the activation of beta-adrenergic receptor, and the bradycardia from the activation of M-ace-tycholine receptor. The alpha-adrenergic receptor and calcium are not involved in the cardiac effects of the venom.
