摘要
低密度脂蛋白(LDL)经氧化修饰后可被巨噬细胞和内皮细胞所识别,被两种细胞的结合量与降解量随LDL修饰程度升高而增加。
Low density lipoprotein (LDL) was modified with Cu2+ . The binding and degradation of LDL with different modification degrees by mouse peritoneal macrophage (MPM) and human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUEC) were observed. The results showed that both MPM and HUEC could recognize modified LDL. The binding and degradation of modified LDL by those two kinds of cells increased with the modification degree. Those results suggested that oxidatively modified LDL may be atherogenic as it is recognized by both MPM and HUEC.
