摘要
论述了中间断口触指弯曲变形导致隔离开关操作困难的成因 ,提出改良触头内固定螺杆的解决手段。还分析了由于四通管密封垫型号不匹配。
Combined with a practical maintenance case of high voltage circuit breaker and disconnector, the formation cause of flaw due to the deformed finger of contactor in middle fracture which makes disconnector operate difficultly is discussed and a effective countermeasure by the way of improvement of fixed screw bolt inside contactor is presented. The flaw of loss-pressure in hydraulic mechanism which is caused by the sealing plate of four-way pipe mismatching and the oil leakage of piston of working cylinder are analysised. Additionally, corresponding measures of handling is discussed.
