摘要
本文应用MTT、ELISA和细胞病变抑制等方法,用EB病毒感染鼻咽癌病人、IgA/VCA阳性者与阴性者,以及新生儿的外周血单个核细胞,检测所诱生上清中IL-2、TNF和IFN水平的变化。IL-2的水平以NPC病人最低,新生儿最高(P<0.01),IgA/VCA阳性和阴性者居于其间。EBV/TPA诱生TNF的变化,NPC病人,IgA/VCA^+者和新生儿均居于低水平;当PHA/TPA诱生时,NPC病人与新生儿仍较低,IgA/VCA^-显著增高(P<0.01)。IFN的水平则以NPC病人与IgA/VCA^+者显著增高,IgA/VCA^-者和新生儿处于低水平(P<0.01)。
By using cell culture, MTT,immunoenzymatic and cytopathic inhibition methods, the IL-2, TNF and INF levels of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) induced by EBV from NPC patients,IgA/VCA positive individuals, negative individuals and neonates were investigated. The IL-2 level of the NPC patients had the lowest value, while that of the neonates had the highest value. The statistical difference between them was very sinificant (P<0. 01). IgA/VCA positive individuals and IgA/VCA negative individuals were in the middle range. The values of TNF induced by EBV/TPA were all in the lower level from NPC patients, IgA/VCA negative individual and neonates. However, in the IgA/VCA negative individuals the values induced by PHA/TPA were increased, while those in the other groups were still decreased. The INF level of NPC patients and IgA/VCA positive individuals was quite high,but that of IgA/VCA negative individuals and neonates was low. The statistical difference was very significant (P<0. 01). The above findings showed that the function of EBV specific B cells may be increased from EBV-infected' healthy 'persons to NPC patients, however, the function of T cells may be either increased or decreased.
