摘要
电力市场是一个不完全竞争的市场,模拟这类市场成员策略使用较多的模型有古诺模型、供应函数均衡模型等。该文利用古诺模型模拟电力市场中发电商的策略行为,模型中考虑了输电网络约束的影响。首先建立了考虑网络约束的Cournot模型,接着利用一简单两节点网络详细分析了输电网络约束对发电商纯策略均衡解的影响,然后利用一个三节点环网分析了发电商纯策略均衡解存在的条件,最后通过算例具体计算了输电网络约束对发电商纯策略均衡解的影响。结果表明考虑输电容量约束后,有可能存在不同的纯策略均衡;并且为得到与不考虑输电容量约束相同的均衡解,该线路容量约束将远大于均衡时的线路潮流,所提出的均衡分析方法是有效的。
The practical electricity market is an imperfect competition market and some models,such as Cournot and supply function equilibrium,are employed to simulate the strategies of suppliers. In the paper, Cournot model is used to simulate the competition of suppliers and the transmission constraints are considered. Firstly, one Cournot model with considering transmission constraints is presented. Secondly,one simple two-node network and one three-node loop network are used to analyze the effects of transmission constraints on pure strategies of suppliers respectively. Finally, one two-node and one three-node example are employed to calculate the pure strategy equilibria of suppliers and the condition that pure strategy equilibria exist.The results show that there may exist different pure strategy equilibria if transmission constraints are considered. In the mean time,the transmission capacity must far exceed the power flow of this line reader the condition of equilibrium in order to obtain the same equilibrium without considering transmission constraints and the results also shablthat the method of analysis is effective.
