摘要
研究了原子荧光法测定生态地球化学调查样品中的砷、汞的测量条件。As、Hg方法的检出限分别为0.2mg/kg和0.0042mg/kg。As的相对标准偏差(RSD)为≤4.10%,Hg相对标准偏差(RSD)为≤6.38%,方法的各项指标完全满足生态地球化学调查样品检测的要求。
The Determinational conditions of As and Hg in the Ecological Geochemical Soil Samples by atomic fluorescence Spectrometry (EG -AFS) was studied. The detection limits are 0.2 mg/kg and 0.0042 mg/kg respectively. The Relational standard deviations (RSD) are≤4.10% and ≤6. 38% respectively. Various index of the method is complete to satisfy the sample examination in ecosystem geochemistry.
