摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定康欣口服液中大黄素的含量。方法:取药液50 mL,加盐酸水解,用氯仿提取总大黄素,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇一水为流动相,作梯度洗脱,10min内甲醇浓度自100% 降为53%(v/v),检测波长为290nm。结果:大黄素在3.6μg/mL-19.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997; 样品平均加样回收率为99.32%(n=5),RSD为1.62%;重现性试验RSD为1.83%(n=5)。结论:本法专属性强、无干扰,具有分析快速、准确、操作简便的特点,可作为康欣口服液含量测定的质量控制方法。
To establish a RP -HPLC method for the determination of emodin in Kangxin oral solution. Method: The determination was carried out on C18 column with mobile phase of methanol-water and detection wavelength at 290nm according to the external standard method. Results: The emodin sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 3. 6-19. 0 μg/mL and correlation coefficient was 0. 9997. The average recovery of the added sample was 99.32% (n = 5) and RSD was 1.62%. The RSD in a duplicate test was 1.83% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for content determination of emodin of Kangxin oral solution.
