气相色谱法测定臭冷杉挥发油中醋酸龙脑酯含量

Determination of Bornyl Acetate in Volatile Oil of Abies nephrolepis (Trautv.) Maxim. Leaves by GC

目的:建立臭冷杉挥发油中有效成分醋酸龙脑酯的气相色谱测定法。方法:色谱条件为SE-54毛细管色谱柱(0.25mm×25 m),程序升温60℃(2 min),分流比为40:1,FID检测器,内标为萘。结果:醋酸龙脑酯浓度在0.63339-1.47796 mg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9995),加样平均回收率为98.87%(RSD=2.7%)。结论:建立的方法简便,灵敏,易操作,为臭冷杉植物资源的开发利用奠定基础。

Objective: To develop a reliable method for determination of bornyl acetate in volatile oil of Abies nephrolepis(Trautv.) Maxim. leaves by gas chromatography. Method: A SE -54 quartz capillary column was used and the temperature of column (0. 25 mm×25 m ) was programmed;(5 min). The splitting ratio was 1: 40. The FID was used as detector, and the naphthalene as internal standard. Result: The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 0. 63339 - 1.47796 mg·mL-1. The average recovery was 98. 87% with RSD of 2.1%. Conclusion: The new method can be used for quality assessment of leaves of Abies nephrolepis(Trautv. ) Maxim. . It was rapid, sensitive, precise with good reproducibility.
