摘要
针对目前国内对提高电能质量综合检测水平的迫切要求 ,参照国际电工委员会(IEC)推荐的方法 ,结合工程实际 ,对国家标准规定的五项电能质量指标 :供电电压允许偏差、电压波动和闪变、公用电网谐波、三相电压允许不平衡度、电网频率允许偏差等分别提出了算法 ,以提高测量精度 ,同时易于用计算机实现。
Aiming at the urgent requirement for integrated supervisory system for power quality , in terms to IEC recommended methods, the applied algorithms combine with engineering are presented to calculate and analyze five items of power quality prescribed in national standard such as Admissible deviation of supply voltage ,Voltage fluctuation and flicker ,Harmonics ,Admissible three phase voltage unbalance factor ,Permissible deviation of frequency The algorithms are conduced to improve precision and be realized easily by computer
