摘要
针对晶闸管中频电源研制中起动问题这一难点 ,提出了一种由锁相环构成逆变触发电路、采用扫频式零压软起动方式的中频电源控制电路 ,并给出了一台试验样机的试验结果。试验证明 ,该电路简单实用 。
A new control circuit for thyristor medium frequency power supply is provided in this paper.The circuit softly starts the power supply in the way of sweeping frequency and zero voltage,and the inverter trigger circuit of it is made up with phase locked loop.The experimental results show that the new control circuit is simple and efficiency.The ratio of successful start can reach 100% in some case.
