摘要 针对DC/DC开关电容变换器目前的最新发展状况 ,在拓扑 (包括具有谐振软开关特性的拓扑 )和控制技术方面做了较为深入的探讨和分析 ,其中DC/DC开关电容谐振变换器在DC/DC开关电容变换器的原理、拓扑和工作特性等方面都有所突破 。 The topologies and control techniques of switched capacitor DC/DC converters are introduced in this paper.It is pointed out that,for the great improvement in principle,topology and characteristics,resonant switched capacitor DC/DC converters deserve our newly attention.
