摘要
针对垃圾焚烧灰渣的特点和国内外的资源化利用现状,开发了一种灰渣颗粒床干法除尘脱硫工艺方法,为垃圾焚烧灰渣资源化利用提供了一条新的途径,采用灰渣颗粒床干法除尘脱硫工艺方法,将垃圾焚烧灰渣添加不同配料混合后制成颗粒,送入颗粒移动床反应器内,用来脱除燃煤烟气中的SOX有害气体,做到以废治废,并将大大降低燃煤烟气净化成本。该技术工艺简单、设备投资和运行管理费用低廉,很有推广前途的新技术。
Aiming at the characteristics of refuse incineration ash and slag and the situation of resource-oriented utilization both abroad and at home, a dry dust removal and desulphurization technology using refuse incineration ash and slag particles on moving bed was developed, providing a new approach for resource-oriented utilization of refuse incineration ash and slag. After being mixed with some batch, the refuse incineration ash and slag was formed into particles and fed to a reactor equipped with a moving bed to eliminate SOX in the flue gas. Using the new technology, the object of 'waste treats waste' can be fulfilled and can greatly reduce the purification cost for the flue gas. With simple technique, relative low equipment investment and operation and management cost, the new technology is likely to be promising in the future.
