摘要
空化射流用于石油钻井的可行性研究结果表明,在深井钻井中,利用空泡破裂产生强大破坏作用和振动冲击波来提高清洗、切割和钻探的效率,其效果将是显著的,也是可行的。在比普通喷嘴射流或普通空化喷嘴射流更深的井底和更高的围压条件下,自振空化射流有较大的起始空化数和较强的空化能力,有较好的切割岩石和清洗岩屑净化井底的作用。同时,根据自振空化射流原理,研制了风琴管自振空化喷嘴,现场试验结果证实了自振空化喷嘴钻头在保护钻头、减少钻头磨损及增加进尺、提高机械钻速方面有显著作用。
It is obviously effective and applicable to make use of intense destruction effect and vibration noise of cavitaion effect to improve the efficiency of well bottom cleaning, cutting and drilling in deep wells. The feasibility on applications of cavitation water jet in deep well drilling proves that the self-irritating cavitaion water jet has bigger cavitation inception, stronger cavitation capacity, better rock cutting and well bottom cleaning in high ambient pressure deep well environments than conical nozzle water jet. Therefore, a specific jet nozzle, self-irritating cavitation jet nozzle of organ pipe, was designed based on self-irritating cavitation jet theory. Experiments in working site validate that the self-irritating cavitation nozzles act well in protecting drilling bits, reducing bits wear, increasing drilling footages and drilling speed.
