摘要
引入等效黑子数 R_(eff)的概念并讨论了 R_(eff)的求法及其与 f_0F_2的关系。从国外两个站(澳大利亚的堪培拉和日本的稚内)1983年全年12个月8760个整点地方时的历史资料检验结果看,把按本方法得到的 R_(eff)代入到电离层模式(CCIR—340报告推荐模式)中求出的 f_0F_2,与实测 f_0F_2流动中值之间的平均均方根误差为0.65MHz,平均相对均方根误差为11.4%。表明 R_(eff)与 f_0F_2之间存在着较好的对应关系。
This paper presents the'effective sunspot number,R_(eff)',its deriving method and its relation with f_0F_2.By examing 8760 f_0F_2 hourly values from two foreign stations (Canberra,Australia and Wakkanai,Japan)in 1983,the mean RMS error between the calculated values of f_0F_2 using R_(eff)and the running median of measured values of f_0F_2 is about 0.65MHz.The mean relative RMS error is about 11.4%.It shows that there is a better relation between the effective sunspot number and f_0F_2.
