摘要
科技资源是“第一资源” ,科技资源配置问题的研究已经引起了许多学者的关注。主要讨论层次分析法在科技资源配置能力综合评价指标体系中的应用原理和具体操作步骤。在收集、分析资料的基础上 ,对科技资源配置能力综合评价指标体系的各项指标、权重、系数以及有关计算公式等进行设计 ;在借鉴、参考和运用科技统计研究的相关成果的基础上 。
Science & technology resource is the first resource,the research on its allocation has been aroused many scholars' interests.In this paper,the analytic hierarch process mainly on the capability of its allocation and operation approaches are discussed.Based on collect and analysis datum article,designs science and technology natural resources management,ability synthesize evaluation,all kinds of targets of the target system,important,coefficient,relevant calculation formula and so on:on basis of absorbing,consulting and applying the relevant achievement and the science and technology statistics research,the target method system on evaluation is also prouided.
