摘要
川东北地区盐膏层埋深达3000-4500m,总厚度超过400m,在高温高压下具有塑性流动的特性,易导致缩径、卡钻、井喷等工程事故,造成钻井液工作难度大。基于盐膏层地质情况,提出了钻井液技术的难点,从钻井液体系选择、现场维护处理措施等方面给出了对策,指出了川东北地区钻井液工作存在的问题和发展方向。
The salt-gypsum beds in northeastern Sichuan area are at intervals from 3000m to 4500m with total thickness more than 400m. This kind of rocks is liable to plastic creep, and then results in downhole accidents, such as tight hole, pipe stuck, blowout, etc, which make it more difficult to maintain drilling fluids. Considering the geological characteristics of this area, this paper presents the significant drilling fluid techniques, finds out solutions of choosing and maintaining mud systems, points out the existing problems and the future techniques of drilling fluids for this area.
