能量缓冲统一潮流控制器的协调控制技术 被引量:8

摘要 能量缓冲统一潮流控制器(ES-UPFC)是一种典型的柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)装置,它既可通过其串、并联侧对输电系统进行无功功率控制,又可通过其直流侧能量缓冲装置进行有功功率控制。这些控制要求使得整个系统协调工作的难度大为增加。文章通过研究三相换流器基本解耦控制方法,得到了UPFC串联、并联侧以及直流侧缓冲装置的控制方法,使得具有强烈非线性的UPFC控制方式更加快速、灵活和稳定,具有较强的鲁棒性,还提出了UPFC串、并联侧和能量缓冲器协调控制方法。该控制方法能够确保UPFC在各种运行模式下正确地工作,其工作的可靠性已为仿真实验所证实。 Unified Power Flow Controller with Energy Snubber (ES-UPFC) is the most representative FACTS device, which not only possesses the functions of series and shunt compensation of reactive power, but also can control the distribution of real power by the energy snubber, therefore, due to these control demands the coordination work of whole ES-UPFC device becomes more difficult. Through the research on the basic decoupled control of the three phase converter, the control method of series converter, shunt converter and the DC energy snubber of the UPFC is obtained, and it makes the control ways of UPFC with strong nonlinearity more fast, flexible, stable and robust, and a coordinative control method for the series converter, shunt converter and energy snubber of UPFC is put forward. Simulation results show that the proposed control method is reliable and using it the correct running of ES-UPFC under different operating modes of power system can be ensured.
