The development of DTV means much more than the service itself. With the revolution of information technology, DTV has been confronting hard competition. To locate the key difficulties of the subscription development based on the theory of competition, the author analyzes the strategic importance and implementation requirement of setting up the competitive advantage of DTV service marketing.
