摘要
在小试实验的基础上,对二苯甲酰基甲烷(DBM)进行了工业化设计及试生产,并从关键技术、工艺流程及“三废”治理等方面对DBM工业化设计及工艺操作的可行性进行了评价。生产结果表明,该设计工艺流程简单,工艺操作稳定、安全,“三废”治理有效,产品收率高、质量好,适合工业化大生产。
On the basis of experimental data, the industrialization design and trial production of dibenzoylmethane (DBM) were carried out. The feasibility of the industrialization design and process operation of DBM was evaluated in accordance with key technology, process flow and pollution treatment. The production results indicate that the design process flow is simple, the process operation is stable and safe,the pollution treatment is effective, the yield is high and the quality of DBM is excellent. Therefore, the design and process are suitable for commercial production.
