摘要
应用均匀设计法,以超细改性BaSO4和成核剂,制得高光泽聚丙烯(PP)复合材料。结果表明,当成核剂含量为2.0‰、改性超细BaSO4的填充量为28.0%,制得的高光泽PP与进口同类产品相比,各项性能相当。
High gloss polypropylene (PP) was prepared with adding superfine powder of modified barium sulphate and nucleating agent by homogeneous design method. The results show that when content of nucleating agent reaches 2.0‰ and loading level of superfine powder of modified barium sulphate attains 28.0%, the high gloss PP so prepared possesses properties parallel to those of the imported products of same kind.
