摘要
车辆齿轮油的润滑包括流体润滑、弹性润滑、混合润滑和边界润滑,有其独特的润滑特性,基础油粘度、添加剂加入量与齿轮油的承载能力和抗擦伤能力有较大相关性。目前我国重载卡车普遍存在严重超载的情况,因而应生产一种高粘度、高剂量的车辆齿轮油,以满足现阶段汽车高速、重载、超载的需要。
The lubrication of automobile gear oils has its special characteristics, including the hydrodynamic lubrication, the elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication, the mixed lubrication and the boundary lubrication.The viscosity of base oil and the dosage of additive package is strongly correlated with the load-carrying capacity and anti-scuffing ability of gear oil.At the present,the phenomenon of overloading in China is very rigorous, so it is necessary to manufacture a kind of automobile gear oil with high viscosity and high dosage of additive package to meet the current requirements of high speed,heavy duty and overloading.
