摘要
通过实验室的筛选及对比,确定以低粘度二次加氢裂化油为基础油,复合剂为主剂的CD5W/40的配方组成。并采用高、低温成焦板和热管氧化实验评定油品清净性,进行复合添加剂及粘指剂剂量、类型的筛选。研制油经过实验室全分析及台架评定后,证明符合GB11122-97的规格要求。
The formulation of the CD 5W/40 diesel engine oil composed of multifunctional additive package and low viscosity hydrocracking base stock is completed through evaluating and screening at lab.And the high and low temperature coke panel tests and hot-tube oxidation test are used to evaluate the detergency of oil and screen the dosage and type of additive package and VII. The results of bench tests and experimental analysis prove that the performances of the oil can meet the specifications of GB11122-97.
