MAF-1^#微乳型水基切削液的研制

THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MAF- 1 # MICRO EMULSIBLE CUTTING FLUID

以低粘度润滑剂和自来水为基本原料,添加以防锈剂、极压剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂,研制成透明的MAF-1#微乳型水基切削液,采用两相混合法的制备工艺。研制的微乳液经稀释后适用于黑色等多种金属的切削、磨削等工艺,具有良好的防锈、防腐、抗硬水稳定性能,且无毒无味、对皮肤无刺激,能满足工件加工的润滑性、防锈性和光洁度要求,并能延长其使用周期。

The transparent MAF-1~# micro emulsible cutting fluid is developed by taking the lubricant with low viscosity and water as the basic materials, with the addition of the antirust agent, EP additive,foam inhibiting agent and surfactant.The process of two-phase blend is adopted.After dilution, the developed oil is suitable to the manufacturing,cutting and grinding for many kinds of metals,with good properties of antirust, corrosion resisting and anti-hard water stability.The innocuous and flavourless micro emulsible cutting fluid can meet the requirements of the lubricity,anti-rust property and smooth finish of the workpiece,and can prolong its service life.
