摘要
采用悬浮床技术处理塔河渣油 ,设计实验方案并进行实验室考察。初步结果表明 ,在合适的工艺条件下 ,进行悬浮床临氢减粘试验 ,塔河渣油 10 0℃粘度下降率达 80 %以上 。
Tahe residual oil is investigated in laboratory by visbreaking processs in slurry in the presence of catalyst and hydrogen. The initial results show that the rate of visbreaking(100 ℃) of Tahe residual oil may be reduced over 80 % under appropriate condition with toluene insoluble being controlled in the very low level.
