聚硅酸铝絮凝处理小区生活污水的研究

Study of Treatment Domestic Sewage with Polysilicate Aluminium

以聚硅酸铝为混凝剂 ,用化学絮凝法处理小区生活污水。考查了酸度、混凝剂的加入量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉降时间对CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明 ,酸度在pH 7.80左右 ,每10 0mL污水中聚硅酸铝加入量为 0 .2mL ,搅拌速度为 4 5r min ,搅拌 2 0s ,沉降 15min后 ,测上清液的化学耗氧量 ,CODCr去除率可达 89%左右 。

It is studied to treat domestic sewage with polysilicate aluminium. Conditional experiments are attempted about acidify?flocculation agent amount ?mixing speed ?mixing time and sedimentation time .The results show that the removal rate of COD Cr can reach 89 % under the condition of pH=7.80?flocculation agent amount 0.2 mL ?mixing speed 45 r/min?mixing time 20 s and sedimentation time 15 min. The results meets the national city drainage standard. The process is characterized by simple technology?powerful operate function. It is valuable to apply.
