采用L - 710 0高效液相色谱仪 -反相离子 ,确定了色谱法分析VC 、VB1 、VB2 、VB6 、烟酸5种水溶性维生素的分离条件。使用外标法 ,建立了以磷酸二氢钾水溶液 -甲醇为流动相的低压梯度洗脱的方法 ,以山核桃青果皮及其酒制品为样品 ,测定了VC、VB1 、VB2 、VB6 、烟酸 5种水溶性维生素的含量。该法具有简单、快速、分离效果好和一次性分析多种维生素的特点 ,具有一定的应用价值。

Taking the sample of the skin of the green fruit of the wild walnut and its wine products, using this method measured the content of V c,V b1,V b2,V b6,niacin five kinds of water-solubility Vitamins. The method has many merits such as simple, fast, better separation effect and analyses many kinds of vitamins at one time. It also has great value of applications.
