摘要
采用L - 710 0高效液相色谱仪 -反相离子 ,确定了色谱法分析VC 、VB1 、VB2 、VB6 、烟酸5种水溶性维生素的分离条件。使用外标法 ,建立了以磷酸二氢钾水溶液 -甲醇为流动相的低压梯度洗脱的方法 ,以山核桃青果皮及其酒制品为样品 ,测定了VC、VB1 、VB2 、VB6 、烟酸 5种水溶性维生素的含量。该法具有简单、快速、分离效果好和一次性分析多种维生素的特点 ,具有一定的应用价值。
Using high-efficiency liquid trend colour spectrum L-7100, the method of reverse direction couple ion chromatography, analyzed and defined the separate condition of the V c,V b1,V b2,V b6,niacin , five kinds of water-solubility Vitamins use external-label method,established the way of low pressure gradient elution base on the solution of potassium dihydrogen-carbinol,the trend of flow ability. Taking the sample of the skin of the green fruit of the wild walnut and its wine products, using this method measured the content of V c,V b1,V b2,V b6,niacin five kinds of water-solubility Vitamins. The method has many merits such as simple, fast, better separation effect and analyses many kinds of vitamins at one time. It also has great value of applications.
