原子吸收光谱法测定催化剂中的钴、钼 被引量:3

摘要 用原子吸收光谱法对钴 -钼系催化剂[1 ] 中的主要活性组分钴和钼的含量进行测定。采用在高压密封下加入HCl3mL和HNO31mL对试样进行溶解的方法 ,此法具有酸用量少 ,对外界不造成污染 ,且能使试样溶解完全的优点。考察了载体Al2 O3对测定结果的影响和N2 O火焰中的一些元素对Mo测定造成的负干扰 ,并指出可分别采用基体匹配法以及加入抗干扰剂等方法加以消除。得到加标回收率为 96 .6 %~ 10 4 % ,相对标准偏差为 0 .91%~ 1.4 1%。该方法操作简便、快速、准确 。 The catalyst sample was dissolved with HCl 3 mL and HNO 3 1 mL in high pressure and hermetization. The method had many advantages ,for example ,the amount of acid was a little, pollution was little, and the sample was dissolved fully. The effect of Al 2O 3 carrier and the interference of some elements in N 2O flame to Mo were inspected,the interference of carrier was eliminated by adding identical component to standard solution,and the interference of elements was eliminated by adding antiinterference reagent,the recoveries of adding standard were between 96.6 %~104 %,and RSD were between 0.91 %~1.41 %. The method was simple for operation? quickly?accurate?the result was satisfied,and the method had practical value.
