L-精氨酸对小鼠热习服模型建立及高温应激的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :建立L 精氨酸干预的小鼠热习服模型 ,以探讨精氨酸对热习服建立过程及对小鼠热习服模型高温应激时的生理指标的影响。方法 :72只小鼠随机分为灌水组和两个精氨酸剂量 (1.0mg/ g .bw、1.5mg/ g .bw)的灌胃组 ,再将各组分为常温对照组和热习服组两组 ,连续灌胃 10天 ,第 11天将各组小鼠置于 4 2℃进行高温热应激 5 0min。结果 :(1)建立了L 精氨酸干预的小鼠热习服模型 ;(2 )两个精氨酸剂量组小鼠体重增加显著高于灌水组 ;(3) 4 2℃高温应激后 ,热习服组小鼠的肛温升高值较对照组显著下降 ,体重的下降值显著低于对照组。结论 :(1)补充L 精氨酸能使小鼠的体重增加 ;(2 )L 精氨酸不能缩短小鼠的热习服形成时间 ;(3)热习服对小鼠高温应激后体重的减少值和肛温的上升值的影响可能存在某种联系。 Objective:To study the effect of L-arginine on the process of establishment of mice acclimatization model and such indexes of the stressed mice as body weight, rectal temperature et al. Methods:72 mice(Kunming, male, 18~22g)were divided into 3 groups in random. One group was gavaged to water(for control), and the other two groups were gavaged to L-Arginine with 1.0 mg/g.bw and 1.5 mg/g.bw respectively. In each group, 12 mice were exposed to 38℃ for 2h as heat acclimatization group, and the other 12 mice were put to 22℃ as normal temperature group for control after they were gavaged to water of L-arginine. After having been gavaged for 10 days, all the groups of mice were heat stressed under 42℃for 50 minuts on 11th days. During the course of experiment, we measured the body weight and rectal temperature of the mice before and after heat treatment, observed the mices respiratory frequency, movement and slivary secretion in the process of heat stress. Results:(1)The mice acclimatization model was established. (2) The body weight increases significantly supplemented with L-Arginine than that of the group gavaged to water(P<0.05), (3)The rising value of rectal temperature of the group of acclimatization were significantly lower than that of the group of control, and the dropping value of body weight were significantly lower than that of the group of control.ConclusionSuitable dose of L-Arginine supply can induce the increase of the body weight, but can not shorten the process of the establishment of the mice acclimatization model, and there may be some kind of relationship between the rising of rectal temperature and the reducing of body weight.
