摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,试样用乙腈溶解,以苯基辛基酮作内标物、乙腈和水为流动相,使用以C8为填充物的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,对试样中的丁硫克百威进行高效液相色谱分离和测定。方法的标准偏差为0.025,变异系数为0.16%,回收率为99.5%,线性相关系数为0.9999。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method of analysis for carbosulfan in Marshal 20EC by internal standard (which is Nonaphenone) technique is utilized employing a Zorbax C8 column and UV detection at 280 nanometers. The active ingredient of carbosulfan is extracted with acetonitrile and the mobile phase is acetonitrile and water. The results show that the standard deviation is 0.025, the variation coefficient is 0.16%, the average recovery is 99.5%, linear correlation is 0.9999.
