摘要
以桐油和邻苯二酚为原料,草酸为催化剂,二甲苯为溶剂,合成了邻苯二酚桐油树脂,对产物进行了红外、紫外光谱分析,并考察了反应条件对实验结果的影响。结果表明,在草酸的催化下,桐油与邻苯二酚反应生成邻苯二酚桐油树脂,本实验较佳的反应条件为:桐油为8.7 g,邻苯二酚为3.3 g,催化剂为1.5 g,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为3h,溶剂二甲苯用量为40 mL。
Catechol-tung oil resin was synthesized with tung oil and catechol as raw material, oxalic acid as catalyst, xylene as dissolvent. The reaction conditions were disussed, the structure of the product was analyzed by UV and IR. The result showed that catechol-tung oil resin was synthesized in the presence of oxalic acid. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:dosage of tung oil was 8. 7 g, catechol 3. 3 g, catalyst 1. 5 g, temperature 120℃, reaction time 3 h, dissolvent was 40 mL.
