摘要
以黄色短杆茵TQ9806(Met-+2-TAr+α-ABr+β-HLr+SGr十Rifr300μg·mL-1)为出发菌株,经硫酸二 乙酯、紫外线分别与氯化锂复合诱变,选育出一株利福平抗性为800 μg·mL-1的L-亮氨酸产生菌TK0303。5 L罐分批 发酵条件下,L-亮氨酸产量由出发菌株TQ9806的22.7 g·L-1提高至目的突变株TK0303的26.4 g·L-1。
Original strain, Brevibacterium flavum TQ9806 (Met-+2-TAr + α-ABr+β-HLr+SGr.+Rifr 300 μg· mL-1), was mutated by DES and Lid, UV and LiCl successively. Then an L-leucine producing strain TK0303 which was resistant to rifampin 800 μg · mL-1 was obtained. Under the condition of batch culture in 5 L fermentor, the mutant can produce higher L-leucine production of 26.4 g · L-1 than 22.7 g · L-1 of TQ9806.
