摘要
用溶液接枝法,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,制得了丙烯酸酯接枝CPP(ACRYL-g-CPP)。实验结果表 明,反应温度80℃,反应时间2.5-3.0 h,反应物配比CPP溶液(25%): AA:MMA:BA为150:7:35:15时,所得 产物制成的清漆涂于聚丙烯(PP)板表面,具有良好的附着力、柔韧性,硬度达到使用要求。
The acrylic acid ester grafting chlorinated propylene(ACRYL-g-CPP) was produced by technique of solution grafting copolymerization in presence of radical initiator. The experience result shows that the coating made by the ACRYL-g-CPP have good adhesion force, plexibility, hardness. The conditions of the solution grafting copolymerization are: 80℃,2. 5-3. 0 h,CPP(25%wt) : acrylic acid : methyl methylacrylic : butyl a-crylic =150 : 7 : 35 : 15(wt).
