就PCCP结构设计中 ,管芯混凝土设计强度、管芯厚度及管道埋设基角等几个主要设计指标取值改变对管道缠丝量的影响进行了计算分析 ,说明管道的设计不仅要满足结构稳定的要求 ,还需根据不同的工况、地质条件合理选择不同的设计参数 ,以达到最好的经济效益。

In structural design of PCCP, many designing, constructional and operational considerations shall be taken into account to assure a safe and economic PCCP conveyance work. The effeet of pipe core concrete, thickness of pipe core and nose angle of pipe laying, on wire wrapping amount are discussed in this paper. It is pointed out from the discussion that not only the stability of a PCCP pipeline should be achieved from a good design but also the best economic effectiveness, which needs choosing different parameter values based on different operating and geologic conditions.
