Mathematics Predication Model of the Slagging in Boilers at Thermal Power Plants

从燃料特性、锅炉结构、炉内动力工况等方面进行分析 ,探讨了结渣的原因 ,利用灰色理论及模糊数学知识对结渣进行预测 ,并对章丘电厂的煤种进行定量预测分析。

Slagging in the furnace of boilers is related to the fuel coal proper ty. Analysis is has been carried out from severial aspects, such as fuel property, boiler structure, configuration of air flow field in the furnance, and an approach to the causes of slagging has been made. Predicting slagging property for a coal sort using comprehensive judgement by gray theory and fuzzy sets is made.
