环保管理与环境监测的几点思考

Several Thinking abuot Management and Monitoring of Environment Protection

针对石化企业环保管理的现状及其存在的问题 ,进行定量与定性分析 ,结合石化行业的实际情况 ,探索环保管理与环境监测的新途径 ,因地制宜 ,把握关键夯实基础 ,抓住根本注重现场 ,建立网络注重监测 。

Present situation and trouble were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in environment protection management of petrochemical enterprise.Based on petrochemical practical state,new way of environment protection management and monitoring was probed into. Suitable method is made in accordance with local situation. Tamping foundation,paying attention to present site and constructing monitoring network,comprehensive cure and treatment were made,in order to obtain well outstanding achievement of environment protection.
