摘要
本文介绍了哈尔滨大电机研究所研制的水轮机蜗壳流量计主要技术特点和关键参数的确定,综述其测试原理及技术结构。
The characteristics and the parameters of the turbine flow-meter are introduced in this paper,which was designed by Harbin Institute of Large Electrical Machinery.The measurement principle and structure are presented also.
